In The Slot Swing Trainer

Why It Works

In-The-Slot by Pure Swing ProductsTM will create muscle memory and quickly accelerate the learning curve for any golfer and at any level. Feel instant feedback letting you know you are ‘In-The-Slot’ and set up for incredible ball striking.

ADDRESS POSITION

Every tour players address position starts here. Without this set up, your chances of a good swing are already compromised.

Your upper bicep needs to be tucked into the cradle of IN-THE-SLOT, the front of your elbow will be facing outward, and your trail arm will be at around 25-30 degrees relative to your torso.

By starting here, you are in the perfect position to begin your swing.

ONE PIECE TAKEAWAY - ARM AND CHEST CONNECTION

As the shoulders begin to move the club away from the ball, the arms stay connected to the body - which insures a one piece takeaway.

Pro Tip: If the arms start the swing first, you will feel the bicep of the trail arm comes away from the In-The-Slot cradle. You will also feel your weight transfer to favor the trail foot. Be aware that your body is not 'swaying' from your address position. Avoid these feelings as they set you up for a weak and flawed shot.

CREATE SEPARATION (FOR FULL SWINGS)

When the club is around 8 o'clock you should feel the arm coming away from the product to complete your backswing. You will create necessary separation at the top of your back swing, but don't let your arm get too far away from your body -- known in golf as letting your trail arm fly.

PRE-IMPACT, IMPACT, AND FOLLOW THROUGH

The first things that need to happen in transition to your downswing are 1.) The weight is shifted to the left foot and your hips begin to clear 2.) A fraction after, allow the bicep of your trail arm to fall 'firmly' to In-The-Slot.

You will feel your hands falling 'straight' down in front of your hips as your upper body rotates. This will insure you DO NOT come over the top.

From this position (farthest on left) it is very likely you will strike the ball beautifully. Be sure to keep your hands quiet, no flipping, and continue to rotate to a high, balanced finish.
